Prescription Check-Up

Service Description

A short examination which checks only your prescription. It is generally done yearly, or if you feel your eyes have changed and it's been less than 24 months since your last 360 exam. If you are a new patient, please select 360 Exam unless you have been referred by an ophthalmologist to our practice for a check-up. For contact lenses, please select Contact Lens Check-up below.
